I'll write in english cause it's important and it's easier for me to express my frustration.
Some time ago i've blocked my pinpas (3 times wrong pin) i've wanted to request a new one, because i've also wanted the contactloos payment option which my old SNS card was lacking.
I couldn't because the website was delivering always an error that there is something wrong please call helpdesk. I did , the lady said she also can't do it for me but she checked and it turned out i have some kind of blockade on my account due to a fact that long time ago I was on "-". I've said ok but it was like months ago. She explained that she is sending an email to get rid off that blockade and to check again within a week. I've waited 2 weeks still not working. In meantime i went to sns kantoor and explained the situation and the guy there said that he is not sure what's happening but he is suggesting to switch to the new version of the bank account, i've had mine since 10 years. he explained me how to do it , i went back home and guess what!!!!!!...... i couldn't do it cause there was also an error. Come one what the ####. How long i have to wait to fix sth. I've been reading stories here and it seems that when you block something or something similar then redoing this is taking aaaaages.
